Today I’m talking to Laura Lakhwara, former head of Customer Success at Softbank Robotics. She’s been named as a Product Builder of the 2020 Inspiring Fintech Females list for her contributions to technology adoption with the organization. Laura is sharing the inspiring story that brought her into customer success and her experiences of being the first CS on the grounds and building an organization. There are few key learnings that I will remember from our conversation, but my favorite one is Laura’s advice that ‘No one can ever stop you from career changing’.
