Guidance

Women in Customer Success Podcast is currently accepting two types of writing opportunities.

1. Content Submission

It’s a great way to get your name in front of a community of women (and men) working in tech, particularly in Customer Success. Please note that all submissions must be original and not already published elsewhere online.

2. Regular Contributors

Women in Customer Success Podcast is currently looking for ongoing contributors. If you can commit to writing at least one article per month that can help women succeed in business and is not self-promotional, complete the ‘Contact Form and check the ‘Blog Contributor’ box. Describe why you think you can add value to the Women in Customer Success Podcast. Note: this is not a paying role but does provide the author additional online exposure and networking opportunities.

  • Focused on Customer Success, career development, gender diversity in tech, or similar topics that can bring value to the communities of women in tech
  • Be consistent in your voice – whether you’re writing as a mentor, leader, peer, coach, teacher, industry practitioner – be consistent throughout your post
  • Structure the post with headings, subheadings, bullet points – make it easily readable
  • Edit
  • Proofread
  • Promote – we will be promoting the published blog posts on socials and via newsletter, but we also expect the author to promote it on their social media platforms
